We start with a smooth coastal ride through Skala Potamia and the famous Golden Beach, soaking in the sea breeze and views. From there, we gently head uphill to the charming mountain villages of Potamia and Panagia, riding through olive groves and stone-built alleys.

At the top, we take a break for a cozy picnic brunch in nature, surrounded by trees and fresh mountain air. We bring everything with us — seasonal, local ingredients like Thassian olives, honey, cheese, and fresh bread. No plastic trays or touristy snacks — just a true taste of the island.

And the best part? We shape the route together with you. During the bike fitting or even on the ride, we adjust the pace and path based on the group’s comfort and curiosity. Want more views? Shorter climbs? A detour through a hidden path? We’re flexible.
